Gas Pipe Fitting Help!

Hi,

I need to get hold of a Female Union x Capillary Copper Female, Straight 15mm x 1" to connect a gas hob.

Can anyone tell me where I can get one? I can't find one anywhere. I can find them for plumbing fittings but I need it for Gas.
