Glue or Silicon sealant for Wickes bathroom laminate floor?

I have bought some Wickes Fastfix 20 laminate flooring for my small bathroom. However, there is some ambiguity in the instructions as to whether to use glue or silicon sealant to bond the joints when using this flooring in potentially damp rooms such as bathrooms. What would you advise?
I'm in a first floor flat and am laying the laminate on a concrete floor using a foam/vapour barrier underlay.
