Grease Stains on stone

Hi

I am having a new kitchen fitted and the old kitchen hob and extractor were left on our stone patio for a few days before skip arrived. Grease / fat and general cooking liquids have leaked out and stained the patio which is a stone a bit like a sandstone (forgive igonrance but have only been house a month). I have tried pressure washer (but cold water only), washing up liquid in hot water which hasn't lifted it.

Any ideas on how to shift the grease marks greatly appreciated...
