Grouting Slate Tiles
I have laid my slate tiles in a trandom pattern, then they have been sealed, when grouted and wiped with a sponge it leaves a white water mark and no matter how many times i wash the floor i still have these white water marks. haw do we get rid of these marks so we can give the tiles there finasl seal :?
davekonnect,
The most likely cause of this problem is that you did not leave the original seal long enough before grouting. Try applying the final seal to a small area to see if this will disguise the water marks. If not you will have to chemically strip the slates and start again. end
