header tankin loft

please help my header tank is filling up from the feed pipe bottom one that goes to rads have turned pump down still no joy the water is brown as if coming striaght from rads thank you for any info mick

Is the water level in the tank rising and overflowing outside? Is the water in the tank hot? Is the water entering the tank from the feed pipe or the expansion pipe?
