Heat and Cold Supply to Electric Shower

by torchy169 » Sat Sep 09, 2017 4:29 pm

Hi there my Q. In the colder months the mains cold supply to electric showers reqs the heat element to be at max for an adequate'sh hot water output. I am an experienced house renovater and have a good grasp of how things work. I am considering supplying the shower via a SS coil wrapped round the stove flue pipe (with a pressure vent) my thoughts being to negate the very cold water during the winter months. I await your wise words of advise.
