    I need to hang a large oak frame mirror to a plasterboard wall.
    The screws need to be left protruding from the wall (not screwed tight ) to enable the screw heads to go into keyhole cut-outs in the mirror frame.
    Any suggestions please?

    try redi drive fixings you can find them at screwfix.com
