Hi, my shower has been getting harder and harder to turn off, but today it won't shut off at all. I managed to turn it off by eventually by isolating the bathroom water supply at which point the shower mixer freed up and let me move the control to zero.
I'm guessing the cartridge is broken/worn out and needs replacing, but I don't know what make or model it is.
