Hard to tell - it could be one of so many. It is dry vented and clipped.
Why not wait for a period of good weather and take off a section which you can take down to your local merchants. It might also have the manufacturers details stamped on it so you might be luck enough to track it down that way.
Probably a job for the spring, if you can wait that long.
