help pvc french door tilting, gap etc

Our large pvc french doors are tilting at the opening side letting draft through, you can actually see the gap to the outside.
what can we do to tilt it in the right position, heard something about stacking the glass but not sure how etc.
hope someone can help as it is geting cold and we are losing a ot of heat through it.
