help with driveway and paving

just dug down 200mm for my driveway ive added hardcore 150mm compacted it all just wondering if 37mm thick riven paving flags would be ok to use for driveway
i will be layiying grit sand and bedding the paving with cement mix

i would suggest laying the slabs on a wet 75mm thick concrete mix for the driveway
