Home Owner's Insurance Question

Hi everybody. New to the site. Just recently bought an old house. My home owner's insurance company says its necessary to take pics inside and out. They also asked when I will paint the barn. Is this normal?

Not normally. But it sounds like you might be a listed building or an incomplete project, so i would understand their request if this is the case.
