hot water but central heating not working. Worcester combi 2

I have a Worcester 24i combi boiler. Hot water is working normally but central heating won't switch on. There's a slight clicking noise, it's as if there is no spark to egnite gas.
Please help.

If it's sparking to light the gas when the hot water is on, then the ignition is ok.

Is the room thermostat and programmer calling for heat ?
Does the pump run ?
Does the fan run ?

Follow the sequence diagram in your boiler manual. It will lead you to find what part is faulty.
