Hotpoint BWD129

[htg engineer]

I have a Hotpoint BWD129 (built-in washer dryer).

The wash cycles are fine, but when drying it stops part way through the cycle and the 5 lights on the front flash rapidly, and the clothes are not dry.

Any Ideas ?

Under 12 months old, so got Hotpoint coming out on Monday.
