Hotpoint washing machine BWM129 (no lights at all)

HELP... No lights at all on machine. Checked I/P and O/P of main transformer "top RHS rear" both 240v. traced wires down to main controll board "bottom RHS rear" all looks OK no burn marks which i suppose i would expect to see if it was faulty. Any ideas what the next step would be ???????????????????????????????
