How do i remove redidrivers?

When i moved in a builder very kindly attached a tv bracket to my plasterboard wall using those redi driver things! However now that i want to remove it, I'm getting some of the screws to turn but they're not coming out at all. Any ideas how i can get the stupid thing off my wall lol?! I just wondered if i'm completely missing something!

probably used the wrong thread screw for the readdy drive , you may be lucky and turning the reddy drive itself out , if not i have just pulled the things off the wall and conceeded that i will have to do more patching then i originally wanted to
