Options are;

1. You go out and buy a Powerflushing machine (£400-£1000 depending on quality)

2. You hire a Powerflush machine (£80)

3. You dose the system with sludge remover additive, eg: Fernox, Sentinel for a few weeks, then drain down, remove every single rad, hose out outside, then refill with cleanser. Drain, and add inhibitor.

Then hope your initial diagnosis was correct.

Or;

Get a professional to diagnose and fix it.
