How Long to Dry out old Wet Floor Boards?

by Garden lady » Wed Aug 19, 2015 11:03 am

On decorating my stairs and landing, I used some paint stripper ( nitro moors) on a couple of boards, following the instructions I scraped and then washed off with a nylon scoured. 2 days later and the boards are still wet. The boards are very old.
How long will they take to dry before I can sand?

The faster you can dry the floor, the better off you’ll be because Mold is capable of growing on most materials with a relative moisture level. So vacuum panels are the only way to dry a wood floor.
