    Hi folks first post so bear with me.

    I'm about to replace my existing fence with a new one with concrete posts using 8ft posts buried 2ft to give a 6ft fence when complete Can anyopne give me some idea how big to make the bost holes and how much sand/cement i'll need for 6 posts.

    The post holes as well as being 2 foot, or 600mm deep, need to be 300 mm x 300mm so you have 6 holes measuring 600mm x 300mm x 300mm or 0.6 x 0.3 x 0.3 m. Put this lot into our calculator in the material volumes project on the website and it will tyell you how much of everything you need, including water.
