I have a garden box mounted on 4 caster wheels. Two of the wheels have a locking mechanism and two do not. The wheels work great, the problem is that the neighbors, for some reason I don't understand, are moving the box around, so I need a way to lock the wheels with a key so that the box cannot be moved. I
don't see that there is enough space to slip in a padlock anywhere on the wheels. Any ideas?
