Hi,
We have a wet room put in by the previous owners in our en-suite bathroom in the loft bedroom. Some of the floor tile grout has started to crack and come away. There is no obvious damage to the ceiling below and the tiles themselves seem to be firm in place.
What is the best approach? I'm presuming the area has been properly tanked (though I can't confirm this) or there would be some outside damage by now. Can I just regrout? Or should I pull up a tile to investigate further?
