We are just about to lay our kitchen floor, and have found out the tiles that have been delivered are in 4 different sizes, 600 x 900, 600 x 800, 600 x 750 and 600 x 700, when we saw the sample tile it was the biggest size, which we liked, the supplier has said there is no regular pattern, it's random. The tiles flow through kitchen, utility, Wc and cloakroom. Having spent £8000 on limestone tiles and sundries, I don't like the idea of the tiler deciding what goes where, unless I sit on his shoulder, I want to know what it will look like when it's finished, I don't think that's unreasonable.
Can anyone suggest anything.
