indirect cylinder back boiler

i have fitted a indirect cylinder which runs off a back boiler the heating to all rads but 1 which is a towel rail are all ok i need to bleed the towel rail but there are no bleed valves on it (its a very old system) and there is no hot water at all help plz is there a way to bleed th rail and why no hot water

its all sorted thx,was a simple problem of air,i remooved the air to the cylinder and all is ok now,but the towel rail i had to release the air from that by removing the pipes connected to the rad
hopefully this will help anyone who has same problem
