Very likely but the council may have some restrictions I am sure you are aware over 150W requires permission from local council.

Yes I know that discharge lighting should not be switched with PIR it should just go on at night and stay on so although a 70W Metal Halide lamp give more light than a 500W Quartz it is on longer.
