Integrated fridge - tightening outer door handles

I have an integrated fridge and the external handle is coming loose. How do I tighten it as the screw is behind the fridge door?

You will be able to seperate the fridge door from the kitchen unit door,its hard to tell you how without a photo because there are a few systems used,open the fridge door and look for clues as to how they're fixed together,some are fixed behind the rubber of the fridge door.
