Is one 1/2 inch feed to a bath enough?

I am fitting an overflow fiiler to a bath. There is only one 1/2 inch inlet. I assume I have to mix the hot and cold feed through a 15mm T joint before I send it to the filler. Will there be enough pressure to fill the bath at a reasonable rate? The bath I took out had two 22mm feeds. The hot water is delivered through a combination boiler which is a condenser.
