Simply Build It

IMHO tile floor AFTER kitchen units installed not before. There is no point in installing kitchen units on top of tiles - waste of tiles. What substrate are you tiling onto for the kitchen floor?

Painting seems to come a bit soon after plastering.

Don't forget kitchen is "special location" under Part P of Bldg regs for your leccy bits.

Otherwise it looks pretty much under control. Bet it don't end up in this order though.
