I have a an IKEA EKBACKEN work top. The builder (not impressed) cut an unsightly chunk out of the work top surface because of a pipe. Believe it is a H/W pipe. I was thinking an upstand at least 12mm may conceal this.
My question is B & Q have a few. One is acrylic and the other two I guess are some sort of covered laminate. Can anyone recommend a suitable splash back that is compatible with the above work top. My final question I am assuming acrylic wont be any good because it can't be cut around the protruding pipe whereas the other laminate ones could be.
