Laying tilebacker board on chipboard

I am going to tile my kitchen floor, so far I have layed 18mm MR chipboard and am going to fix tilebacker board to it before tiling. can anyone recommend which thickness of tilebacker board I should use to eliminate movement and also which brand I should use, wedi, marmox, hardibacker etc. Many thanks.
