hi, Can anyone help?
I have a problem with some of my TRV's on my combi system. When I put on the TRV knob it starts leaking from the top where the pin goes through the unit even though it's at it's highest setting. When I take the knob off it usually stops the leak, but one of them stays leaking even when I take the knob off, luckily i've installed stop valves in both pipes so I can at least isolate it. I have to admit I bought cheap TRVs from Toolstation when I installed the rads (all i couls afford), but even so I wouldn't expect them to leak as they do, also not all leak with their knobs on.
