Legs/framework for a wooden table

by Pali » Mon Jul 30, 2012 8:30 pm

Hi all,

Firstly let me just say, I'm an absolute DIY novice. I do have a new drill and a new found burning ambition to learn as much as possible.

Starting off with a job for my new home office. I have found a lovely slab of wood I would love to use as a studio work top:

Now it's a heavy old load and I'd like to build a sturdy frame for it to sit on. Could anyone provide me with an idea of where to start?

Please move this into the relevant forum if it is not in the right one.

Thanks
