I have lived in my new build flat for 3.5 years. there are 2 Eterna LEP13 low energy pendants fitted in the hall.
a few weeks ago the bulb in one of them only half lit when you switched them on. the other fitting was fine and the bulb was lighting fully. a few days later the other bulb only half lit when you turned them on, so both had gone!
i have changed the bulbs twice now, but on both occaisons each bulb only partially lights when you turn them on.
i'm not electrically skilled and have no idea what the problem could be. I have e-mailed eterna and they are stumped too.
Can anyone help? i didn't want to get an electrican out unless I have to.
