Making Brick Work in new Porch Look Presentable

I recently replaced my open porch that was falling down with a larger enclosed porch . The brick back of the porch has old morter on where the old walls were and also is missing some rendering and has old paint marks .I would gratefulfor suggestion for best way to make it look presentable .
