Manhole-some questions

How can I find where is my manhole? I cannot find it anywhere. Can I get this info from planning authority of my city? Also how to build a manhole as a diyer?Thanks

I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'your manhole'.
The underground drainage for your property will all go to a manhole somewhere. But it will most probably be outside the boundary of your land.
Why do you want to build a manhole? please explain what you require and I'll help as best I can.
