Metal Adhesive

I have a saddle stool for use when at my desk. It has 5 screw in wheels. Unfortunately 2 of the wheels have crossed their threads & the wheels keep dropping out. Is there some sort of adhesive or similar I can use to make the wheels permanently fixed as I do not need to remove them any more. Or some other method of fixing them please? Thanks
