Metal studwork
Any ideas which merchants might stock metal stud work, will probably go down the wood route but prefer the metal stuff
Hi Zombie
i used steel stud on a partition wall between a bathroom and bedroom. with a suspended timber floor above. Because the metal studs fit inbetween a steel floor and ceiling track the noise when someone walked on the floor above the noise was excessive. (Not a good idea to use them if you have suspended timber floors above)
