Moving the bathroom toilet waste pipe

The toilet and waste pipe currently run through the kitchen extension and out in to the rear manhole at the back of the house.

I want to move the toilet and waste pipe to the side of the house and run this in to the same drainage pipe which runs in to the manhole.

Is this possible or do I have to meet certain regulations?
