My outdoor glazed tile water feature is a disaster.

    1. It leaks from the basin between the tiles
    2. We obviously have a problem with the base which just cracks and
    falls apart.

    1. Is there anything we can paint onto the tiles in the basin that
won't affect the look of the tiles when under water?
    2. What can I cover the bricks that make up the base in order for it
not to be affected by the weather.

I so love this fountain and it is on our front verandah. PLEASE would
one of you clever people help me to rid me of this 'bete noire' in my
    home.
