Need help with Air compressor Fitting

I have a Michelin MB24 compressor that I use for powder-coating, the trouble is the quick coupler has stated leaking air so needs replacing.

Preferably Id like to get a whole new hose with quick coupler, but I have no clue what sizes I need for the airline, or the quick coupler??? (spent time on google looking for the size info for Michelin MB24, but no luck :()
