Neighbours boiler outlet - onto our property???
Hi, our neighbours want to move their boiler outlet pipe so that it will let the fumes out onto our side (because they are building a new porch and the current outlet is where a wall will be)is this allowed - I understand you are not allowed to have the outlet pipe thingy going to your neighbours, that it has to be onto your property?? many thanks.
