hi all
could anyone give me any ideas how much i would be looking at paying someone to take down all internal walls in a two up two down terrace and re-plastering.
im looking to buy but the house ive found has artexing all through.
it is a semi and the whole side wall to the house has been re-built and there does seem to be a crack still at the rear of the house which is visible through all the rendering, should this be ringing serious alarm bells.
