New LED Light to Replace Ceiling Rose in Kitchen

i bought a new LED LIGHT for kitchen, my problem theres 3 cables coming from ceiling. the new light fitting diagram show 1 cable from ceiling. also there is no connection cable in light to connect to ceiling, very confusing. thank you

my problem his 3 cables coming from ceiling where do all the wires go ? into my new light fitting.

Under the British system you have two lines at the ceiling rose. Permanent line is for emergency lights and ceiling fans and is not used with most lamps, which only use the switched line.
