New Taps Installed - Hot Tap Now Splashing All Over the Place?

I have just put new taps on my sink.. When I turn cold on it runs ok. But when I put on the hot tap on it splashes everything all over the place.i have turnd it down but it still the same. Hoe you can help baz1906 thanks.

Could be a number of reasons. The tap may be defective, designed for a different water pressure, or even just a bit of dirt caught up.
What type of tap is this ? and what type of water heating do you have ?
