Night storage heaters

Hi,

question please

Night storage heaters, what cable size is require for a 3.7KW, and what size fused switch?

Had one replaced with a 3.8 heat cable & a 20amp switch.

However the switch is over heating???

Anyone got any views, thanks

Get in an electrician to measure the rating of the load , accurarately then the correct cable and
switch rating can be selected
