I have a Gloworm economy 50F boiler, and neither heating or hot water work. earlier today I had Hot water on for an hour and we have a tank full of hot water. boiler switches on and when thermostats are turned up the pump appears to work but the pipes either side are stone cold, and the fan will not cut in on the boiler, thus will not ignite am i poss loking at a pump.

The fan has to come on before the boiler will ignite - is there power to the fan ?

Really you need an RGI to diagnose the fault.
