I have just moved into a new flat and am unfamiliar with the hot water systems in the UK.
I have a thermostat, a boiler in the kitchen (pilot light is lit) and I believe a immersion heater. It has a control panel that controls the heater and hot water. I have tried setting the hot water to ON constantly and also ALL DAY which is meant to come on at 6:00 am till 10:30pm.
My problem is even though I hear it start up and the control panel light is on, I have no hot water and the shower has no pressure.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?
