No hot water when heating on/been on + radiators go cold.

Hi. Please could someone help. We've recently been experiencing some problems with our central heating. We are moving in two weeks and think we should sort it out for the new owners - think it would be naughty not 2!!

Anyway, the heating works fine for the first hour, lovely and warm, but then the radiators go cold and dont go warm again. The other problem is that we cant get hot water if the heating is on or if it has been on. The pressure is also very low.

I would really appreciate it if someone could give me some advise. Also an estimated cost of repair. Like i said we're moving and we dont have much money and we dont want to be ripped off especially when we wont benefit from it ourselves. Thanks mrscagh

Just to say we've adjusted the pressure and still no change. After an hour of being on the radiators went cold.
