noice insulation with underfloor heating.

hi

i havn't long finished doing a self build which has got underfloor heating upstairs, beneath waroc flooring. The problem is there is alot of noice coming down threw the floor into the room below. There is carpet on the waroc floor but when it was layed i was advised not to use underlay.i would like to stop the noice transfer down but allow the heat to travel up into the bedroom. i have looked for a decent underlay which would allow this but have failed to find anything.is there anything you can suggest?
