Hi erric750

ask the bogger sorry plumber to sort out his work, hope you have not paid him/her yet?

check the clipping of pipes should be about every 1.2m for horizontal 15mm pipes / 1.8m for 22mm vertical at 1.8m for 15mm & 2.4 for 22mm?

check pipes are level, if not you will get air gaps at high points

bleed rads cold only!!

plumber should have done this befor hand over!!

ref Boiler was he CORGI

Regards

Is this a complete new system or just new boiler, pump & valve?

I have had to drain my system down quite a few times this year to add / change bits. Every time I refill it, it is very noisy. It takes a couple of weeks to get all the air out and for it to settle down. Mine was poorly installed in the first place, which is why I am replacing it bit by bit.

Maybe give the plumber the benefit of the doubt and keep bleeding it (when its not on), then call him back after a couple of weeks if no improvement.
