Obtaining Planning Permission on Pitched Roof or Dormer on this Property?

by jonbennison » Tue Mar 01, 2016 8:46 am

Hi, I know this is quite a vague request but I was wondering what the likelyhood of obtaining planning permission for a pitched roof or dormer on the property below would be?
All the other properties in the area have pitched roofs and it would bring the property more inline with the street. But the windows on the property to the left may have some light restricted by a pitched roof.
There is nothing to the rear of the property so it wouldn't be looking over anything.

Thanks, Jon

The only person to answer that question is the planning officer, contact a local architect for further advice.
